Welcome to TCG Mythic Market (tcgmythicmarket.com). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, products, and services. By using our website or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please do not use our website.

1. General TCG Mythic Market is an online store selling Pokémon cards and other trading cards. We may update these Terms at any time, and changes will be posted on our website. Your continued use of the site means you accept the updated Terms.

2. Use of the Website You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Interfere with the website’s functionality or security.

• Use bots or automated systems to access or scrape the site without our permission.

1. Products and Pricing Product descriptions, images, and prices may change without notice. We aim for accuracy but aren’t responsible for errors. Prices are in USD, and taxes or shipping fees will be added at checkout. We may limit quantities or cancel orders at our discretion.

2. Orders and Payments When you place an order, you’re offering to buy the products. We may accept or reject your order for any reason. You agree to provide accurate payment and contact information. Full payment is required at checkout. If we can’t process your payment, we may cancel your order.

3. Shipping and Delivery We ship to addresses provided by you. Shipping times and costs are estimates, and we’re not liable for delays beyond our control (e.g., carrier issues or weather). Risk of loss transfers to you once the carrier takes possession of your order. Check your package upon receipt and report issues within 48 hours.

4. Returns and Refunds We accept returns for unopened, undamaged products within 14 days of delivery. Contact us at sam@tcgmythicmarket.com for a return authorization. You’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the return. Graded cards, sealed products opened after delivery, or items marked “final sale” are non-returnable unless defective.

5. Product Authenticity We strive to sell authentic trading cards. If you believe a product is not authentic, contact us at sam@tcgmythicmarket.com within 7 days of delivery with details and evidence. We’ll investigate and, if verified, offer a refund or replacement at our discretion.

6. Intellectual Property All content on our website (text, images, logos) is owned by TCG Mythic Market or our licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or use our content without permission, except for personal, non-commercial use related to shopping on our site.

7. User Accounts If you create an account, you’re responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse or violation of these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, TCG Mythic Market is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. We don’t guarantee that our website will be error-free or uninterrupted.

9. Indemnity You agree to indemnify TCG Mythic Market and its affiliates against any claims, losses, or damages arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of our website.

10. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of Utah, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Salt Lake County, Utah.
