At Mythic Market, we are committed to providing high-quality cards and ensuring your satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or returns may be granted for physical products purchased from our shop. Please review it carefully before making a purchase.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds or replacements may be issued under the following circumstances:

Defective or Damaged Products: If a card is received in a defective condition (e.g., misprinted, torn, or otherwise damaged upon arrival), you may be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Lost or Damaged Goods in Transit: If your order is lost or arrives damaged due to shipping issues, we will provide a full refund or replacement, provided you notify us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Proof of damage (e.g., photos) or non-delivery (e.g., tracking information) may be required.

Not as Described: If the card(s) received do not match the description provided at the time of purchase, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Cooling-Off Period: You may return unopened and unused cards within 14 days of purchase for a refund, subject to the conditions below.
2. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:

Cards that have been opened, used, or altered (e.g., bent, marked, or otherwise modified).

Custom or personalized cards.

Products explicitly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.

Any product after the 14-day return period has expired.
3. Return Fee for Defective Products
For returns of defective or damaged products (excluding items lost or damaged in transit), a 6% return fee of the purchase price will be deducted from the refund amount to cover the cost of accepting and processing the defective product. This fee does not apply to lost or damaged goods in transit, where we will cover all associated costs.
4. Return and Refund Process
To request a refund or replacement, please follow these steps:

Contact our support team at sam@tcgmythicmarket.com within 14 days of receiving your order, providing your order number, a description of the issue, and, if applicable, photos of the damaged or defective product.

For approved returns, ship the item(s) in their original condition (unopened and unused, unless defective or damaged) to the return address provided in our response. You are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of lost or damaged goods in transit, where we will provide a prepaid return label or cover shipping costs.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund within 5 business days. Approved refunds, less any applicable 6% return fee, will be processed within 7 business days.
5. Refund Timeline

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the transaction.

For lost or damaged goods in transit, replacements will be shipped or refunds processed within 7 business days of approval, at no additional cost to you.
6. Exceptions
We reserve the right to offer store credit or replacements in lieu of a monetary refund at our discretion. Special circumstances may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
