Shipping Policy for TCG Mythic Market

At TCG Mythic Market (tcgmythicmarket.com), we aim to deliver your trading card products, including our specialty in Pokémon cards, safely and efficiently. This Shipping Policy explains our shipping processes, costs, delivery times, and related terms. By placing an order, you agree to this policy.

  1. Shipping Locations We ship to addresses within the United States and select international destinations. If your country isn’t listed at checkout, contact us at sam@tcgmythicmarket.com to check availability.

  2. Shipping Costs We charge a flat shipping rate of $10 for all orders, regardless of order size or destination. This fee is added at checkout. International customers are responsible for any additional taxes, duties, or customs fees imposed by their country.

  3. Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. During high-volume periods (e.g., holidays or sales), processing may take up to 5 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is processed.

  4. Delivery Times Estimated delivery times depend on your location:

  • Domestic (USA): 3-7 business days.

  • International: 7-21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing. These are estimates, and we’re not responsible for delays due to carriers, weather, customs, or other factors beyond our control. You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.

  1. Shipping Address You’re responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. We’re not liable for delays, losses, or non-delivery due to incorrect address information. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, you’ll need to pay an additional $10 shipping fee to resend it.

  2. Risk of Loss Risk of loss transfers to you once the package is handed over to the carrier. We’re not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after they leave our facility. If your package is damaged during transit, contact the carrier to file a claim and notify us at sam@tcgmythicmarket.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  3. Order Tracking Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Use this to monitor your package’s progress. If you don’t receive a tracking number within 5 business days of your order, contact us at sam@tcgmythicmarket.com.

  4. Lost or Missing Packages If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, contact the carrier first to investigate. If the issue persists, email us at sam@tcgmythicmarket.com within 7 days of the delivery date, and we’ll assist you. For non-delivered packages, we’ll work with the carrier to investigate, but we’re not obligated to provide refunds or replacements for lost packages after carrier handoff.

  5. International Shipping tcgmythicmarket.com does not do international shipping.
